Offering a competitive pay range from $40,000 to $50,000 annually!
Responsibilities
- Update financial planning software for all advisor meetings
- Input notes and update CRM regularly
- Call vendors to update financial information when necessary
- Manage and attach statements and contracts to client accounts
- Assist with client update reports and mailings
- Assist team with projects
- Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge
Experience needed
- 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Industry-relevant licenses are a plus (e.g. SIE, 2-15, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in Spanish a plus)
- Strong phone presence
- Must be a go-getter, team player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
- Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, software, and processes
