Role:
The Business Development Representative serves as the vital connection point between prospective clients and their path to financial security. You'll receive pre-qualified warm leads—meaning NO cold calling required—allowing you to concentrate on nurturing relationships, evaluating prospect fit, and coordinating consultation appointments with our wealth advisory team.
This position is ideal for professionals with demonstrated success in sales conversions, a track record of exceeding targets, and genuine enthusiasm for guiding individuals toward financial wellness. You'll partner directly with our advisors to ensure their schedules are optimized with qualified prospect meetings, playing a key role in our firm's continued expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective clients to coordinate consultation appointments with our financial advisory team
- Evaluate and qualify potential clients through strategic discovery conversations and financial data collection
- Maintain persistent follow-up protocols to sustain prospect engagement and optimize appointment conversion rates
- Monitor and report key performance indicators including outreach volume, scheduled consultations, and confirmed attendance
- Serve as a professional ambassador for Guerra during client seminars, educational workshops, and community engagement events
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive prospect documentation within our CRM platform
- Drive results by proactively working toward individual and team performance objectives
- Support team operations through administrative contributions and collaborative project participation
- Commit to continuous professional development in financial services knowledge and sales methodology
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated success in sales, business development, or appointment generation roles
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred (both verbal and written communication)
- Background in financial services industry is advantageous
- Industry certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) considered a valuable asset
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with natural talent for establishing credibility and rapport
- Driven self-starter with results-oriented mindset and commitment to professional advancement
- Strong technical aptitude with capacity to master new platforms and tools efficiently
- Collaborative team contributor with polished, client-centric professional demeanor

Schedule:
Full-time, role based in Miami, FL.
Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support.
Compensation:
$90,000–$125,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
